Se ha elaborado un modelo único, homogéneo, integrado y común a toda la Subdirección General de Sistemas y Telecomunicaciones de Endesa Servicios, incluyendo también en él a todos los procedimientos y plantillas asociados. Dicho modelo es una representación de todas las actividades de la Subdirección, constituyendo un Mapa de Procesos de la misma.

Review and Analysis of Enterprise Architecture Models and Focus IT Architecture

The evolution of the current changing environment faced by firms is due to various factors: technological, economic, social, and others, as well as new forms of organization. Today we need fast and reliable access to information for decision-making through information technology within company. This involves the integration of all business units within the company to achieve these objectives; it is very important to consider the role of enterprise architecture as a key element of IT Governance and good corporate governance. In this paper we analyze some Frameworks for enterprise architecture and highlight the importance of different types that are part of the enterprise architecture and have a direct relationship to information technology as key factors for success in business.
